Hi Everyone! I just realized that, like… a lot of people read this? *SHOCK*
I really am doing this journal just for me… to keep track of what I’ve been eating, but it’s awesome that some of you are reading. Yay!
So I’m sorry that I haven’t updated in… holy crap, a whole week. Honestly, I’ve been eating really well on the whole. Lots of beans and rice and whole pasta, some lean meats, loads of fruit and yogurt as usual. With the exception of the crazy drinking with Adam a few nights ago, I’ve been rocking it. YES 😀 And even hungover, we ate really well the day after the partying. 😉
I’ve probably been eating around 1200-1600 calories/day. I know for SURE that yesterday I ate only around 800… between cramps and *still* being hungover, food would not go down. I didn’t force it.
But I want to start tracking daily again… I don’t like being vague about it. EVEN IF I’m still losing, I would rather know exactly what I’m eating and how it’s working for me. It is very reassuring, however, that I can maintain/lose without counting every calorie. VERY reassuring! It gives me hope that I can maintain comfortably without tracking for the rest of my life, later on down the road.
After all this while, I now have a very good awareness about what I’m eating always. That is so nice to finally have. 😀
