Exercise Day 269

Today my knees and hips were pretty beat up and I really don’t want an injury so I took it easy…

Yoga: 20 minutes
Stretching/Yoga: 20 minutes

Yay 🙂 The yoga felt amazing. What a respite from running.

I didn’t want to push it too hard because my knees were sore. Still, I went far and kept my time up.

Running: 3.88 miles in 1 hour – uphill most of the way OMG 😛

Exercise Day 267

I didn’t exercise on Saturday. Today I ran AND walked. Oops?

Running: 4.5 miles
in 1 hour (YESSSSSSS personal best!!)

Walking: 2.5 miles in 1 hour – late night phone conversation, walking and talking

I impress myself, honestly. 😀 PROGRESS!
