Food Day 49

I am not going to list all that I ate today because I don’t want to! LOL – there’s just too much. Lots of chicken, chips, soda, and beer… plus veggies, a half hamburger, some rum and various other things like chip dip. I counted calories all along but wasn’t completely specific. It’s safe to say I ate between 2100 and 2400 calories yesterday, which is pretty good for a huge all-day bbq birthday party. At least I’ll maintain! 😀

Exercise Day 47

Today I went on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes straight. I started off going an easier pace and then worked up to a harder one and finished the last 15 minutes at a very high intensity level. It felt great! 🙂

Elliptical Machine: 30 minutes

Did you know that 30 minutes of medium/high intensity on the elliptical burns 400 calories? Awesome! That is DOUBLE the calorie-burning of running. 😛
