Today I ate 1860 calories. Broken down:

Breakfast: 560

  • 180: Iced Grande Nonfat Chai
  • 380: Eggs Florentine Breakfast Sandwich

Lunch: 300

  • 190: Chicken McNuggets
  • 10: Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 0: Diet Coke
  • 100: Ten Chips (eek!)

Dinner: 1000

  • 100: Beer
  • 150: Margarita
  • 130: Beans
  • 300: Rice
  • 100: Sour Cream
  • 20: Veggies
  • 200: Chips and Salsa

Holy crap I ate a lot! Ugh. We were planning a BBQ and we got it all set up and then it started POURING, so we packed up and all went to Azteca. I wouldn’t have eaten so much crap in the morning if I knew we were going to go to Mexican :/ But I thought I’d have a small burger and some chips and TEWTALLY stay within my calories. Crap. Nobody’s perfect. At least it’s still 250 lower than “maintain-weight” calories. πŸ˜€

Exercise Day 20

Today was AWESOME – I really pushed myself. Total, I was at the gym for 50 minutes.

Walked: 1/4 mile (4 minutes)
Ran: 1 mile (15 minutes straight!)
Biked: 10 miles (30 minutes, plus 5 min cool-down)

I did good. I’ve been wanting to push myself harder every day, and this is just the way to do it before going off to not work out all weekend. πŸ˜€

I did good today πŸ™‚ This evening I was feeling like the swimming I did this afternoon wasn’t going to be enough, and so I did some workout stuff later as well.

Swimming: 25-30 minutes, moderate exertion

Push-ups, leg lifts, squats, pliΓ©s, crunches, back bicycling: to exhaustion
