Exercise Day 269

Today my knees and hips were pretty beat up and I really don’t want an injury so I took it easy…

Yoga: 20 minutes
Stretching/Yoga: 20 minutes

Yay ๐Ÿ™‚ The yoga felt amazing. What a respite from running.

    Hey Shanti, it’s Tess, Ramana’s friend! I checked out your YouTube stuff today and it’s amazing! Damn. Losing weight the hard way for sure. But, even though I baked a molten chocolate lava cupcake today (my stress level is through the roof and then some, so dark chocolate helps :/), it helped me realize that I can totally do this too, albeit by hard work and dedication alone. Anyway, just wanted to say that I’ll keep checking it out, and it’s that much more inspiring to see someone I personally know who’s done such a great job of losing weight and getting healthy. Awesome blog! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey, my name is Noel and I just wanted to say thank you, you’re blog has been totally amazing and totally inspiring : ) I just recently began watching you’re videos and in the first or second one you said that you’re goal weight was 155-160, maybe 140, but 120 would be ‘anorexic’. At first, I was kind of hurt, thinking ‘well hey, I’m 120 now, (I’m also 5’8”) and I’m unhappy with my weight!’ but then I remembered that I AM anorexic and weighed 108 not too long ago…but anyways, haha, i’m a bit of a rambler, watching you try to lose weight normally and healthily has been so helpful. For the longest time I would eat 300-700 calories a day and freak out about it, I had a completely warped relationship with food. But now that I’m in recovery and at a healthy weight, watching your blog has given me a new sence about what is a healthy relationship with food and what isn’t–even while trying to lose weight. So, I just wanted to say thank you for putting yourself out there like that, it must be really hard but it’s so helpful and is teaching me how live and deal with food again. Thank you and great work!
