Free Weights (Vigorous), Sit-Ups, Leg Lifts, Squats, Pliés: ~30 minutes = ~ 240 calories burnt
Sex: 30 minutes (Moderate) = ~35 calories burnt

TOTAL: ~275 Calories Burnt 😀
