Exercise Day 265
Today I did what I would consider a really tough workout, but the numbers don’t really reflect it
Sometimes that happens.
Running: 3.5 miles in 50 minutes
Uphill 1/3 of the way, flat 1/3 and downhill 1/3
When analyzed in depth, it was about 800 calories burnt! YES!

Hi! Did you eat those 800 calories back? I workout but I’m not sure if I need to eat all the calories again.. I’m already eating 500 cals less..
