Exercise Day 139
Today I went on a bike ride all by my lonesome
I started at the Everett Mall where I could park while riding, then went south to 128th. I decided to loop around over I-5 and head north again. Once I got back to the mall, I went north about the same distance as I did south and then looped back.
Total: 11.2 miles in 1.5 hours. The internet tells me that this is about 1000 calories burnt – I highly doubt that…
However, there are some SERIOUS hills on this one
Especially going north. I am pleased to say I didn’t walk my bike once. I did drink something like 30 oz of water in the process, though. And honestly, although I felt the burn in a serious way, and was in 4th gear most of the time, it didn’t really feel like work. It’s a sunny, 66° F today and it was lovely.
