Exercise Day 1
This week I am dogsitting for my mom, and I thought it would be a good plan to start off exercising again by walking the dogs
They love it, and it tires them out so that they leave me alone later when I’m trying to read and such.
Yesterday we just went for a little walk, maybe a half mile. Today, I drove a few miles away to a beautiful waterside park that has trails for walking, hiking, and jogging. I like the park because it’s beautiful and there are mile-markers on all of the trails

I walked pretty briskly and got my heart rate up significantly. I don’t feel overly worked-out, but I did get sweaty and was breathing faster – so I know I was up to at least my weight-loss heart rate. I know I wasn’t at my higher cardio heart-rate, but that’s ok. I was just going for the lower one which burns fat and uses up energy. It was great, and I’m feeling positive.
